Cycle
Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your health or enhance your athletic performance, our Pelo power zones make it easy for you to work at your own fitness level. We offer 50, 60, 75 and 100 minute classes. Pick your challenge and we will leave you feeling accomplished and energized. Sail through the rest of your day after the endorphin rush you get from a Pelo Cycling class!
Note: If you are new to Pelo Cycling, please come 15 minutes early to be fitted and oriented to the Pelo power zones.
 
TRX (Total-Body Resistance Exercise)
Strengthen and tone your entire body. Improve bone density, balance and flexibility in this 45-minute small group training class. Just like Pelo cycling, the TRX training tool makes it possible to adapt exercises to all fitness levels. Combining TRX and Pelo Cycling completes your fitness program, launching you to a level you never thought attainable.
Note: If you are new to TRX, consider trying TRX-Lite. New TRXers are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before class to meet with the trainer.
 
Pelo Strong
Compliment your cycling workout with this whole body strength program designed around three basic movements: squat, lunge and plank. These are body weight drills (no equipment needed)... you don't even need to wear shoes! 
 
Pelo Flow
This Vinyasa based yoga program builds stability, flexibility and strength. It will renew and enhance a positive body-mind connection... great for cyclists of all levels!  
 
Move Your Asana®
Designed by our Heather McKenzie, this program of fitness and yoga combined builds muscular endurance and flexibility with a core focus to create a balanced body.
